Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MFL Modern ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
MFL Modern is operated by zerosix28 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of our fantasy football trade value platform, including all features, tools, and services.

MFL Modern currently provides:
- Fantasy football trade value calculations
- Trade recommendations and insights
- MyFantasyLeague integration for data access
- Basic chat functionality for user communication
Future Features (In Development)
The following features are planned for future release:
- League analytics and power rankings
- Draft analysis and grades
- Player rankings and projections
- Market trend analysis
- Personalized insights and recommendations
- Premium subscription features
Note: Future features are subject to change and availability is not guaranteed. These Terms will be updated when new features are released.
User Authentication and Access
MyFantasyLeague Login
- You log in using your existing MyFantasyLeague credentials
- We do not create separate accounts - access is through MyFantasyLeague authentication
- You must have a valid MyFantasyLeague account to use the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
Access Security
- Keep your MyFantasyLeague login credentials confidential
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MyFantasyLeague account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur through your login
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
MyFantasyLeague Data Authorization
Data Collection Consent
By logging in with your MyFantasyLeague credentials, you explicitly authorize us to:
- Access your league's trade and transaction history
- Collect draft results and roster information
- Store league settings and configuration data
- Use anonymized data for trade value calculations
User Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You have authority to share the connected league data
- Your league allows data sharing for analytical purposes
- All provided information is accurate and up-to-date
- You comply with MyFantasyLeague's terms of service
MyFantasyLeague Platform Compliance
- You must comply with MyFantasyLeague's terms of service and API usage policies
- We are not responsible for violations of MyFantasyLeague's platform policies
- Access may be terminated if MyFantasyLeague terms are violated
- Data collection is subject to MyFantasyLeague API availability
Acceptable Use Policy

- Respectful communication in chat features
❌ Prohibited Uses

- Share login credentials with others

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, abusive, or harmful messages in chat
Chat System Guidelines
Our chat system is provided for fantasy football discussion and support:
- Text messages only - no images, files, or media sharing
- Messages are automatically deleted after 30 days
- No message moderation - users are responsible for appropriate communication
- Messages cannot be manually deleted by users
- Do not share sensitive personal information in chat
- Respect other users and maintain appropriate language
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
The Service and its content, including but not limited to:
- Trade value algorithms and calculations
- User interface and design
- Software and code
- Platform features and functionality
Are owned by zerosix28 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit
Subscription Services and Billing
Current Services
MFL Modern currently operates as a free service. When premium subscription features become available, the following terms will apply:
Future Subscription Terms
- Premium features will require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Pricing will be clearly disclosed before subscription
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
- Users will receive advance notice before premium features launch
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues
Service Availability and Modifications
Service Availability
- We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
